Jill A. Devine - Vice President of Operations
Jill is Vice President of Operations and responsible for implementation and maintenance of business systems, processes, and products, with a major focus on expanding the use of Performance Max LLC products and services. Her primary focus is expanding the use of behavioral assessments with parents of children in high school, high school students, college graduates and business professionals in transition. She is committed to helping them make good choices on colleges, majors and careers so they can realize fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clemson University, she received diversified work experience at E. I. DuPont de Nemours & Company in customer service, sales, market development and sales management. She led the first Office Automation Pilot bringing the use of personal computers and email into the marketing organizations.
Throughout her various assignments at DuPont, she lived in all regions of the United Sates and also held numerous leadership positions at corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. Her leadership, sales and marketing skills were utilized and valued during her twenty-seven year tenure. Jill is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the National Association of Professional Women. She received her Six Sigma Certification as a Green Belt and Champion, and is a Certified Interpreter of MajorMatch™.
In addition to her career, Jill has been a dedicated Hospice volunteer, member of the Junior League, supporter of Habitat for Humanity, and an active member in her church supporting the local communities where she has lived, as well as ministering to the sick and elderly.
She and Donald enjoy their two dogs Cleo and Sebastian, travel, golf and family.
