After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clemson University, she received diversified work experience at E. I. She led the first Office Automation Pilot bringing the use of personal computers and email into the marketing organizations.

Throughout her various assignments at DuPont, she lived in all regions of the United Sates and also held numerous leadership positions at corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. Her leadership, sales and marketing skills were utilized and valued during her twenty-seven year tenure. Jill is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the National Association of Professional Women. She and Donald enjoy their two dogs Cleo and Sebastian, travel, golf and family.

“We want to provide every student with the opportunity to thrive in college and not just survive and that process begins by providing students self-insight.”
