William L. Dreshfield - Vice President of Business Development
Bill joined Performance Max LLC in August 2009 as Vice President of Business Development. His primary focus is to help the company grow and achieve its long-term objectives.
Prior to joining Performance Max LLC, Bill achieved a successful career at E.I. DuPont, where he held various sales and marketing leadership positions during the last twenty years of his tenure. It was during his time at DuPont that Bill was exposed to and began using several of the products offered by The Devine Group through Performance Max LLC. Bill has experience in almost every sales channel: direct sales, distributor selling, sales agents and telemarketing. He has a long track record of growth and innovation. His extensive customer segmentation effort resulted in the creation of the “Headquarter Sales Team,” focused on smaller, highly profitable customers. At the time of his retirement, this team had experienced its fourth consecutive year of double-digit growth and received a Corporate Marketing Excellence Award.
Bill is best remembered at DuPont for his mentoring and coaching abilities. Whether working with non-exempt employees or high potential professionals, Bill focused his attention on the individual and sought out to reinforce their strengths while guiding them with their development areas. Many of those mentored by Bill have gone on to successful professional and leadership careers.
Bill also is a founding Partner in his own consulting company, Next Generation Services, LLC. In this position he has helped numerous clients work through the issues of small business ownership as well as consulting with larger clients in the area of selling effectiveness and excellence.
Bill holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. Additionally he is a Certified Interpreter of MajorMatch™.
Bill and his family reside in North Carolina.
